WP0: Project Coordination and Dissemination
Management, meetings, dissemination, and exploitation activities across the project
WP0 covers non-technical tasks required to run the project effectively across its full duration.
Objectives
This work package comprises management and coordination activities, regular project and technical meetings, dissemination activities, and exploitation planning. It supports synchronization of all work packages and ensures project outcomes are shared and sustained.
Partner Contributions
U.Rennes (Lead): Leads project management, financial coordination, annual project meetings, and the overall dissemination strategy.
JKU: Contributes to project management reporting, supports dissemination and exploitation activities in Austria and internationally, and hosts annual technical meetings.
Tasks
Task T0.1: Management (Lead: U.Rennes)
Description: Day-to-day project management, reporting, and setup of technical infrastructure for storing project artefacts and intermediate results.
Task T0.2: Meeting Organization (Lead: U.Rennes)
Description: Coordination and organization of recurring collaboration meetings, alternating between project-focused and technical-focused sessions.
Task T0.3: Dissemination (Lead: U.Rennes)
Description: Coordination of project dissemination activities, including the website and repositories used for publishing software and artefacts.
Task T0.4: Exploitation (Lead: U.Rennes)
Description: Planning and coordination of short-term and long-term exploitation strategies for CLEM results.
